Crediple Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Crediple we strive to provide the best credit-related services to our customers. However, if you are unsatisfied or need to cancel a service, we offer the following policies:

Cancellation Policy:

  • Service Cancellation: Customers may cancel any service within 1 business day of purchase by submitting a formal cancellation request via email or our customer portal.
  • One-time Services: If the service is already delivered, cancellations may not be possible. If partially delivered, a partial refund may be considered.

Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund: If you cancel within 1 business day of purchase and no services have been rendered, a full refund will be provided.
  • Partial Refund: If services have already commenced or are partially completed, a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the service will be offered.
  • No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for services fully rendered or for cancellations made after the service completion.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.

Non-Refundable Services:

Any third-party charges, government fees, or non-refundable administrative costs incurred by Crediple are not eligible for refund.
